We all may experience some difficulties in our relationships at some point. Life can be stressful and with every big change comes the risk of that affecting our bonds. In couple counselling I work with both partners together, in order to help you develop better communication skills, understand attachment and learn tools to manage conflict better. We will explore the patterns in your relationship, your background and attachment styles to try and identify the underlining issues that may be causing problems in your relationship.

Couple counselling can help couples who struggle with communication problems, trust issues, infidelity, frequent arguing or loss of intimacy. The external perspective that couple counselling can give us is often what we need to understand ourselves and each other better, to find a middle ground and build deeper connection.
